Shipping Information 

At Uncle Sam's Fixtures®, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services to our customers. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies outlined below: 

  1. Shipment Selection and Delivery:

We select the most suitable and cost-effective shipping methods for your orders. Uncle Sam's Fixtures® holds the sole discretion in determining the method of shipment, routing, point of origin, and carrier selection (FOB shipping point). Please note that shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates and may be subject to change. We will not be held liable for delays caused by labor disputes, weather conditions, Acts of God, government regulations, shipping delays, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be responsible for reasonable storage and handling charges for shipments delayed due to customer-related issues. For online orders, shipping charges will be added before order completion. Uncle Sam's Fixtures® reserves the right to ship partial orders without prior notice. 

  1. Shipping Methods:

Most items will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Some items, due to size or weight limitations, may be shipped using LTL trucking companies. Curbside delivery is the standard unless specified otherwise. Customers are responsible for additional freight charges. Expedited shipping options, including Next Day, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day, may be available at an extra cost. 

  1. Partial Shipments:

Uncle Sam's Fixtures® retains the right to ship partial orders without prior notification. If the majority of an order is backordered, our representative will contact you to discuss suitable options. 

  1. Inspection and Damaged Shipments:

Upon receipt of your shipment, it is imperative to inspect all items immediately. Please open all cartons, skids, and packaging in the presence of the driver and report any damages to Uncle Sam's Fixtures® within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to properly document damages may waive our ability to file a claim against the carrier on your behalf. In case of damage during transit: 

  • Do NOT sign the truck bill of loading. 
  • Print "Damaged Upon Arrival" where your signature would normally be. 
  • Contact Uncle Sam's Fixtures® immediately at: info@USFixture.com 

We will file a claim and send a replacement product. Uncle Sam's Fixtures® will not be liable for replacing damaged merchandise not reported within the first 24 hours of receipt. 

Please be aware that we cannot accept claims for damaged merchandise if the items are not inspected in the presence of the driver. Uncle Sam's Fixtures® will initiate claims with the carrier on your behalf. 

  1. Acceptance:

Upon receiving your order, inspect the goods promptly. Unless we receive written notice to the contrary, the goods will be deemed accepted, conforming to requirements, and free from discoverable defects. If any non-conformity is discovered, promptly notify Uncle Sam's Fixtures® in writing, specifying all defects. We must be given an opportunity to investigate the matter.
