Refund policy

Return Policy: 

We value your satisfaction. Most products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they include the original packing slip/invoice, remain in their original carton, and are in unused condition. Certain specialty items, such as display tables, wrap counters, mannequins, display cases, gondola shelving, and slatwall panels, are non-returnable. 

To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Authorization number from our Customer Service Department. Please refrain from shipping merchandise back to our Uncle Sam's Fixtures® address without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the sender's expense. All returned items must be in their original cartons. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the ship date. For further information, please contact us. 

Uncle Sam's Fixtures® reserves the right to replace, refund, or issue store credit for valid return items. We are not responsible for losses related to anticipated profits or for any damages caused by the use of our products. No warranties, either expressed or implied, cover the quality, workmanship, design, merchantability, suitability, or condition of our items for any specific purpose. 

Typographical Errors: 

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or incorrect pricing information from our suppliers, Uncle Sam's Fixtures® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price. 

Cancellations Policy: 

Should you need to cancel your order, please contact Uncle Sam's Fixtures® immediately via email through our website's contact form or by calling the number on our website. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the production or shipping stages. If your item is eligible for return, it may be returned following our return policy guidelines.
